574 Series – a motorised Rockwell hardness tester with a very rugged design for heavy duty industrial applications. The 574 system measures all Rockwell scales and is available in regular, superficial or twin scale configuration. It incorporates an easy to use control panel and a USB port for easy transfer of measurement data.

2000 Series – an advanced closed loop Rockwell hardness tester providing high accuracy and repeatability of the most demanding applications. The 2000 system incorporates a large display and soft keys providing a user friendly operator interface. Various levels of automation are available including a motorised XY table.

402MVD – a versatile hardness tester for Micro Vickers and Knoop applications. The 402MVD system is suitable for both production and research environments and has an easy menu driven operation. A motorised turret is incorporated and test forces range from 10g to 2Kg.

432 SVD/452 SVD – an affordable hardness testing solution for measuring Vickers hardness scales. Both models have a motorised turret and magnification of 100x and 200x. The series has selectable force ranges from 300g to 50Kg and is available with a large range of accessories.

Tukon 2500 – a high end Vickers hardness tester incorporating a closed loop control system and electromechanical drive. It is suitable for demanding applications where high precision and repeatability are paramount. The Tukon 2500 is available in a fully automated configuration with motorised XY table and autofocus.

Minuteman ELT™ – a computerised hardness testing system which is designed to operate with many different Wilson Hardness Group instruments. The system comes in various configurations that enable both fully and semi-automated test routines to be undertaken and measurement results stored.

3000 BLD – a robust closed loop hardness tester for higher load Brinell scales up to 3000Kgf. This is a rugged and reliable system that is built to cope with harsh environments and heavy duty applications. The unit’s closed loop system and rigid design ensures accurate results and safe operating conditions.

DigiTestor 930/250N and 971N – a range of heavy duty universal hardness testers which are capable of measuring Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell scales in one combined system. These systems are very user friendly and easy to operate due to their high level of automation. They include shape correction to ISO standards and have the ability to store up to 1000 measurement results.

M-290/M-295 – portable Leeb type hardness testers suitable for multiple applications. These are battery operated systems and both incorporate clear digital displays.

WHV-400 Dynatestor – a compact multi-application hardness tester suitable for use on metals, plastics and ceramics. The WHV-400 provides direct results in the Vickers HV range and is capable of converting the results to HRC, HRB, HB and UTS scales. This system is very adaptable, making it suitable for use on large structures with limited access or special work pieces with coatings or incorporting thin metallic layers.

King Brinell – a well proven, lightweight Brinell hardness tester with a load capacity of up to 3000 Kgf. This unit has a simple hydraulic lever action for applying the load and incorporates a bypass valve to prevent overload. It is very easy to operate, with a clear analogue dial providing a direct reading of the applied load.
Replacement Indenters – a wide range of indenters are available for use on many different types of hardness testers. All can be supplied with certification to NVLAP standards.
Hardness Test Blocks – an extensive selection of hardness test blocks are available from Metrology Direct. These are certified to ASTM and ISO standards and cover Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell and Knoop scales. Many test blocks are available from stock ensuring short delivery lead-times.
