W5 – an entry level hand held surface roughness system, incorporating the well proven Hommel T1E skidded probe. The W5 has a large colour display, built-in rechargeable battery and electronic storage for programs and measurement results. Printing is via an optional Bluetooth® printer.

T1000 – a bench mounted surface roughness unit which has a very good track record within the industry. The T1000 is available with options of both skidded and skidless probe configuration and is able to measure many roughness and waviness parameters. The unit is very easy to use, with 5 measurement program options and capacity to store multiple measurement results. Rechargeable batteries, a clear display and integral thermo printer are all supplied as part of the standard configuration.

W55 – A shop floor surface roughness system, with a rugged, ergonomic design incorporating an easy to use touch screen. The W55 is able to calculate all common roughness and waviness parameters and is available in both skidded and skidless configuration. The unit is available with many optional accessories including a granite base and motorised column for the more complex applications.

T8000 – A workstation system with either separate surface roughness and contour configurations, or the option of both in the one unit. The T8000 is available with full CNC control and incorporates a PC running Hommel-Etamic TurboWave measurement software. Multiple traverse lengths and column heights are available to suit various different applications.

Nanoscan 855 – A high end system incorporating both surface roughness and contour measurements in the same trace. The Nanoscan is comfortable with demanding applications were accuracy and precision are paramount. With full CNC control, a measuring range of 24mm and a resolution of 0.68 Nanometres, this system comes with no compromises. Active vibration damping and the ability to measure in both a downward and upward direction are two additional features of the Nanoscan 855 system.
